Final Fantasy X: Rikku 02

This is probably my last post for the year 2009, so lets make it… cute!

Rikku, the bilingual, 15-year-old Al Bhed, is a talented theif who is somewhat childish, but also very cheerful and optimistic. She loves her cousin Yuna dearly and wishes to stop her from going through with her pilgrimage. She also informs Tidus of Yuna’s fate when she summons her Final Aeon.

So cute this Yuna! And intersting shoes I might add. I really like her outfit in X more than X-2. Awesome work!

Final Fantasy X: Lulu 02

Born on the island of Besaid, Lulu is a stern and scathing young woman who is nonetheless caring towards others. She grew up with Wakka, Yuna, and Wakka’s younger brother, Chappu, with whom she had a romantic relationship with. Lulu was particularly harsh to Tidus when she first met him, but she gradually changed her opinion as the story progressed.

Normally, I wouldn’t even feature something like this on Cosplay Holic, but there’s something very sexy about this photo… I’m not particularly sure why, but I really love it! Thanks to Wins for sending this!

Final Fantasy X: Yuna and Tidus 02

Yuna’s fateful meeting with Tidus caused her to begin questioning some of Yevon’s teachings. When she learned of the hypocrisy in Yevon’s upper levels, her faith was shaken, but she perused her pilgrimage despite Tidus’ and Rikku’s protests. It was only when she was confronted with the truth of the Final Summoning and the “spiral of death” that her trust in Yevon was finally shattered.

Nicole, the contributor, mentioned that “they had to shoot this in location, at a beach in waist deep waters at night :)”. I’m glad they did, because this is just beautiful! Stunning photography by Foodtrip and awesome cosplaying by Macon Agtual as Yuna with Dycee Co as Tidus!
